Job Description: NB: This is an Internship
Mo Printing is looking for an efficient, courteous Cashier who possess excellent customer service skills
The Cashier will process client print jobs or sale of store products, accept payments, issue receipts and answer all inquiries
Provide information to customers related to store products, promotions or item location
Respond to complaints, process refunds or exchange of items
Maintain a clean workspace
Post / Advertise on company social media platforms
To Succeed:
For a cashier/ clerk to succeed at Mo Printing, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy and energy
You should be responsible, attentive to customers’ needs and committed to providing Exceptional Customer Service at all times
Cashier Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming Customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
2. Operating scanners, printers, cash registers and other electronics
3. Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
4. Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer
5. Post / Advertise on company social media platforms
6. Processing refunds and exchange and resolving complaints
7. Bagging or Wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport
8. Maintaining a clean workspace
9. Follow all store procedures regarding maximum and minimum payment methods or purchases of specific items such as Cell phone and Laptop case printing
Cashier / Clerk Requirements:
1. Matric Certificate
2. 6 months Customer Service or Cashier experience
3. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
4. High level of energy with strong customer service skills
5. Basic maths and computer skills
6. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
7. Bilingual : English & Afrikaans
8. Graphic design experience is considered advantageous
