The responsibilities of a maître d’ will include supervising the waiting staff, welcoming guests and assigning tables to them, taking reservations, and ensuring that guests are satisfied.

Boxes to tick:

Previous experience working in a 5-star establishment or similar environment would be beneficial
Well-groomed, friendly and presentable
Energetic, hard-working, professional and a team player
Must be prepared to work evenings.
Own transport preferable
