JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

An international Beauty Therapy Certificate/ Somatology Diploma from ITEC or CIDESCO
2-3 years of Hotel / Spa experience
Great previous retail track record
Ability to source new business
Ability to develop a regular client database
Required to work shifts and most weekends and public holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Perform a variety of facial and body treatments including pedicures, massages and waxes
Promote and grow the retail and treatment sales
Dealing with Guest request and Guest complaints
Be familiar with the stock and cleanliness standards
Assist in stock takes and admin of client records, indemnity forms, payments and follow up bookings
Assist in the gym and pool facility
Keep up to date with trends and the competition
