Ensure vehicle inspections are done as per company procedure
Log and complete all related faults or damages identified
Ensure all general & relevant body parts (aesthetics of vehicles) are repaired and in line with the manufacturer’s specifications if any
Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Responsible for cleanliness of the working environment
Ensure all parts and tools are used in an orderly and responsible manner
Report extent of problems outside their own responsibility to management immediately after assessing the situation.
Provide constant feedback to management on all aspects of work performed
Red Seal qualified panel beater
10 Years of experience as panel beater working on trucks
Experience in commercial vehicles (trucks and trailers)
Experience with major structural repairs
Transportation and refrigeration experience
Valid driver’s license (code 8, 10 and 14) with PDP will be an advantage
Experience in spray painting will be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure
Communicate well with a team and management
Able to work on a full project to repair the truck, including spray painting
