MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric, with a Secretarial Qualification, would be advantageous. 2 years experience as a Secretary Be well organized with the strong administrative ability and be able to work effectively to deadlines. Be computer literate (preferably MS Office). Fast and accurate typing skills.
Be prepared to work after hours and occasionally on weekends. Excellent communication skills which include the ability to liaise and negotiate. Excellent Diary management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine secretarial duties (e.g. faxing, typing, answering telephones, filing) Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
Take minutes at meetings and follow up on tasks assigned to individuals. Organizing business travel, itineraries, and accommodation. Manage and maintain the Senior Executives diary.
