Duties & Responsibilities:

Understanding of the conditions of the Contract Agreement.
Assist with the formulation of the construction plan including Safety, QA, Contract admin &
subcontract management.
Implement the updated project programme and formulate basic section programmes
Supervise sub-contractors, assist with contract close out in section and be thoroughly aware of financial
constraints of the contract
Industrial relations, training & development of staff and staff productivity

Experience & Qualification:

A National Diploma or higher.
At LEAST five years as a Civils and Earthworks Foreman involved in Civils and Services Projects.
MS Office
MS Projects
