Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration work within a designated area of responsibility within the depot
Accurate administration of documents for stock and pallets leaving the depot
Assist with stock counts
Accurate flow of documents for the release of stock and pallets to leave site
Correct information communicated to Management and support staff regarding loads
Ensure dispatch office is stocked with stationary requirements to adequately perform their functions
Proper control of all documents needing to be returned to relevant departments

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Minimum of 1-year experience in a clerical position
Excellent organizational skills
Good analytical and numerical skills
Excellent interpersonal, and planning skills
Excellent communicator (verbal & written), English (Fluent) – Verbal and Written
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements (desirable)
Computer literate
Figure orientated / accuracy, Deadline driven
Ability to working in a demanding environment, Ability to work under pressure
Positive work ethic
Must be able to work shifts and on weekends

General Competencies:
Accuracy and neat handwriting essential
Able to communicate accurately all information the relevant parties
Generates enthusiasm and has a positive attitude to change, overcomes barriers to change, seeks opportunities to improve the process, plans & carries through change
