Qualifications and experience:

2 or 3 Health & Skincare Diploma and ITEC or CIDESCO/CIBTAC/SAAHSP
At least 1-2 years of experience at a beauty therapist/aesthetician
A minimum of 1-year experience with IPL/laser treatments in a salon or clinic.
IPL/Laser certification, not a requirement but an advantage
Management experience, an advantage
Environ, RegimA, Dermalogica and Lamelle product training, preferable
Key competencies:

Technically advanced in IPL/microneedling/skin peels/aesthetic treatments
Excellent customer service skills. Friendly, diplomatic and personable
Must be motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious – a self-starter
Strong retail and selling skills with proven track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Strong commercial awareness and initiative
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Well-presented, professional and good work ethic
Loyal, trustworthy, friendly and respectful.
Gentle and excellent client care

Working hours:

Trading hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm; Sat 8am-3.30pm; Sunday closed. Public holidays closed. 45 hours per week. Work 5 days per week, 1 Saturday off per month
