Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the facility
Member retention and growth
Marketing Strategies
Class instructor
Assist manager with daily duties of running the Business (includes logging attendance, admin, cash ups, etc).
Good PR members
Assist members if need be, with correct technique in exercising
General assistance with any task within your sphere of work, required by your superior
Monthly maintenance of all gym equipment according to the Guidelines of the Manuals of the equipment.

Work Experience: At least 24 months in the Fitness Industry

Education: Diploma of higher in the Fitness Industry
