Specialist competencies:

Previous experience in a same or similar position
Know how to serve and present hot beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting top quality coffee shop standards
Assist in keeping front-of-house duties and an eye for detail
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Must be fluent in English, written and spoken. (Additional language always an advantage)
Understanding of Micros and speed point machine operations; previous relevant upmarket restaurant experience beneficial
An understanding of coffee shop culture is a requirement.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet our transformation plan
