A Food Manufacturing company based in Stikland, Western Cape requires the services of a Receptionist to be based in the finance department.

Requirements:

Grade 12 with mathematics;
Previous experience in a receptionist position is essential (2 years);
Good command of the English language
Must be computer literate (MS Office and Outlook);
Must have strong front line and communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming nature
Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and be able to handle conflict;

Responsibilities:

Switchboard manning
Front line reception
Manage/ arrange courier of documents
Delivering post to the relevant departments.
Filing for Finance/Administration and Quality Control departments
Assistance with general administrative duties, including capturing of information on Excel where required

Must have basic knowledge of debtors and creditors (Previous experience advantageous)
