We are looking for an experienced, young and vibrant candidate to work as a Personal Assistant to a Finance Manager at our client in Strijdom Park, Randburg,
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Banking – Preparation of banking batches and payments under the instruction of the Finance Manager.
Preparing all proof of payments and filling thereof
Assistance with preparation of monthly management packs
Assistance with the arrangements of events
Managing of the filing system
Checking claim forms
Supporting the management team
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must have good organizational skills with regards to document control
Be proactive in responding to requests, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Results orientated – take initiative and demonstrate a sense of urgency in driving for results and track own performance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A. Valid driver’s license is beneficial
B. Fluency in written and spoken English.
C. Success-driven.
D. Self-motivated and able to function with minimum supervision.
E. Computer literate – (Microsoft office suite).
F. Fast learner.
G. Ability to communicate with people on all levels in a diverse environment.
