The Rustenburg Agriculture Broiler team is on the hunt for a Tractor Driver who is driven and hands-on to join the Consumer Division with a direct report to the Farm Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance Refilling of coal and removing of ash Removing of mortality when needed Any general duties assigned to driver by Area Manager Maintaining of tractor (check sheets, services booking, general maintenance, etc) Collecting and distributing of PPE to and from the laundry Refilling of generators with diesel Ensuring a healthy environment, application and strict adherence of Company’s biosecurity Optimal utilization of machinery and planning of work to ensure saving of time and cost

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent Proven 1 year tractor driving experience Tractor driver or driver license would be advantageous Ability to work with minimum supervision Willingness to work long and flexible hours including standby Shift work as per operational requirement applicable.
