MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. To ensure that the bank recons are completed accurately and timeously.
2. Ensure all fixed assets are accounted for and all fixed asset processing is done as the procedure.
3. Ensure general administration which includes Credit card transactions and month-end journals are processed accurately and timeously.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1.Bank Account Processing
2.Fixed Asset Processing
3.General Administration Processing

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.Diploma / Certificate in Accounting.
2.2 – 3 years’ relevant experience.
3. Working knowledge MS Office suite.

COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB:

1.Methodical way of performing duties and ability to prioritize work in meeting deadlines.
2.The high degree of numeracy, accuracy and analytical ability to identify trends.
3.Good interpersonal skills.
4.High attention to detail to ensure the omission of errors and mistakes are corrected.
