Receptionist Responsibilities:
Handling of the switchboard & screening calls
Greet, assist and/or direct any customers, suppliers, visitors
Control the entrance door of the company – safety control
Forwarding emails to the relevant departments & staff
Printing and scanning of documents for director & staff
General admin, filing, scanning, and admin related duties
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
Working on Microsoft Office Programs – specifically word, excel, and outlook
Administration Responsibilities:
Data capturing of work enquiries and on-going works
Keeping various company records up to date
Personal Attributes:
Confident and competent with good communication skills
Professional attitude, organized, responsible and friendly
Honest and trustworthy
Must have initiative
Experience and Qualification:
Matric
Receptionist/Administration experience is required
Good communication and organization skills
Microsoft office – Intermediate level (Word, Excel, Outlook)
