Recruiting for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a stand-alone Asian restaurant serving in a street-food environment meeting the following specifications:-

Chefffing qualification essential
3-5 years as Head Chef/Kitchen manager in a trendy and busy restaurant environment
Should have good understanding of Asian food and/or a good palate
Strong kitchen management skills including stock management, controlling pass, kitchen hygiene, cost control, etc
Young, energetic, personable and dynamic person with strong leadership skills
Shift work involved – late nights and long hours so own transport essential
