Your new role:

Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner
Meet and greet clients
Act as the first point of contact for all phone and email enquiries
Maintain and set up meeting rooms
General administrative and adhoc support Ordering stationary
Good keyboard skills and Excellent communication skills are required
Answer switchboard
Arranging travel both national and international

What you’ll need to succeed

Good working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional Manner
Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
Condeco systems experience
