We are a well-established organization that looking for a reliable Electrician with Trade skills. Having an FMCG background would be an advantage.

Electrician Responsibilities:

Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components

Requirements:

1. 2 Certificate including the relevant trade theory subjects and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience; or.

2. Technical trade theory programs quality assured by a SETA deemed to be at NQF level 3 and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Abilities:

· Good practical skills.

· Confidence when using power tools.

· The ability to analyze technical drawings.

· Close attention to detail.

· The ability to focus for long periods of time.

· The ability to follow instructions.

· A methodical approach to work.

Skills and Abilities:

· good communication and reading skills,

· an aptitude for mathematics,

· mechanical ability, strength and manual dexterity,

· the ability to distinguish colours to work with color-coded wiring.

· the ability to plan and organize,

· the ability to work at heights,
