Our client, A leading Insurance service provider is seeking to appoint a SALES MANAGER based in Kimberly.

The successful candidate with be responsible for driving a team of 12 members and individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Manager

Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans
Recruitment and selection process for Sales representatives
Conduct training and coaching to sales representatives
Identify and develop new and current markets
Maintain production targets and retain business
Comply with FAIS requirements

Key requirements:

Relevant Qualification recognized by FSCA

RE1 + RE5

2 years management and oversight experience in categories A, B1, B2, B2A, B1A, C and retail pension benefits, pension fund benefits & participatory interests in a collective investment scheme.

2 years of Project Management

3 years Insurance industry

At least 1 year’s advice and intermediary experience in category A, B1, B2,C and retail pension funds, pension fund benefits & participatory interests in a collective investment scheme.
