Job opportunity for an Entry-level proficient Data Capturer who will carry out a range of data entry/processing and content development duties. The job will commence after the Lockdown period at our offices based in Observatory, Cape Town, but training will start during the Lockdown period (remotely). The Data Capturer will ensure that all the assigned work is completed accurately and adheres to all the specified processes, procedures and standards. The job encompasses all content development duties within the Content Development department.

Responsibilities:

Data Capturing

Upload HTML documents on The Student Hub Learning Management Systems and double-check the information to make sure it has been accurately typed in
Provide general data entry support to the learning team
Reporting all technical issues that may be encountered during the capturing of data into the system.
Verify the accuracy of data from designated sources before entering it into the system
Maintaining and keeping content development project records
Performing other responsibilities and duties as needed

Data Capturer Requirements:

High school diploma
Good command of English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
Proficient touch-typing skills

Salary: R5,500.00 to R6,000.00 /month
