Our client a leading services organization based in Durban, Umhlanga is looking for to hire a degree educated professional with between 2 to 5 years of work experience. You work experience should include a solid background of working extensively in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. It is essential that you speak fluent Afrikaans both written and verbal to be considered for this role.
* You will be working within a highly pressured environment where you need to display strong financial acumen, problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and interpret financial data.
* Attention to detail is vital as wrong calculations will have cost implications to the business unit.
* You must have advanced Excel skills and be able to work on several online IT systems to manage the flow of information /data within the business unit.
* You will be dealing with Afrikaans speaking customers and must be highly organized in order to follow instructions quickly and methodically.
* This is a busy work environment where you will need to prioritize tasks accordingly and complete necessary reports on time.
Essential requirements:
* Competed degree
* 2 to 3-years work experience
* Demonstrate strong administration skills ideally from sectors such as: financial services, banking, logistics, supply chain, procurement or services organizations
* Fluent written and spoken Afrikaans
* Advanced PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
