Purpose Statement

To ensure timeous installation, repairs, provision of maintenance and technical support to new and existing merchants of Capitec Bank’s Card Services department.
To assist merchants with the setup of products on Qkr! / ESTF token issue and training / Merchant Portal (future products mPOS)
To ensure effective client relationship management by providing excellent client service through daily engagement and consultation with new and existing clients.

Experience

Minimum:
Proven experience in providing on-site technical support within a client services environment

Ideal:
At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in providing on-site technical support within a similar environment
Providing on-site/on-the job technical training to external clients

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Similar
