Duties and Responsibilities:

Capture timesheets on Pastel per site and pull pay slips for wage queries.
Capture leave for Semi Perms.
Capture Deductions
Print batch transactions of all timesheets captured.
Update batches to ensure everything captured appears on payslips.
Pull cost allocations for each site and save on server.
Balance (Cost Allocation vs schedule) for all sites per week per schedule.
Pulling the payroll summary for regional file.
Make sure payroll balances before payout. Cost Allocation balances with schedule, schedule balances with payroll summary (+ excel), payroll summary (+ excel) balances with bank transfer run (+ excel).
Print pay slips/ email.
Carry out any other reasonable instruction given by management.

Candidate Requirements:

Good Excel skills. Pastel is a bonus.
MUST be able to work late and weekends during busy times.
