To support the TQA Senior Manager with all operational responsibilities for delivering the firm’s Technical and Quality Assurance Programme (Reporting to the Technical Quality Assurance Director) and coverage plan that has been designed specifically to transform the current maturity efficiency and effectiveness of all Advisory Services (Focusing primarily on Internal Audit) across the Southern African Region.

In addition, the incumbent will also be expected to support the following

Methodology development and reviews
Training course development and presentation
Coaching/Mentoring on technical matters
Thought Leadership
