Accounts Clerk required urgently: Salary R15 000 to R18 000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:

Transfer money from Standard Bank to Nedbank;
Daily Restock invoice;
Daily checking of Finish Goods stock sheet;
Monthly Sagis reports;
Monthly stock take and processing of stock;
Adhere to all health and safety rules at all times;
Commit and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 Keys, AFMA code of conduct, and any other company management systems.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent;
Relevant 2 years work experience in a similar environment;
Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of Excel Introductory level;
Attention to detail is very important;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent administration and problem solving skills;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to work effectively under pressure;
Basic understanding of the 20 Keys continuous workplace improvement programme;
It is essential that the successful candidate be self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a quick changing environment.
