We are looking for passionate, self-motivated and goal-driven individuals to apply for the following position within our company. We are looking for Call Center Consultants (Agents) to join our dynamic team as Medical Retrieval Specialists. The Job of the Medical Retrieval Specialist is to contact Medical Facilities in North America and obtain Medical records for clients who are applying for insurance with the various insurance providers in North America.

The Call Center Consultant Position is a Full-Time position and offers a basic market-related salary, as well as added incentives and commission. The working days and hours are: Monday to Friday, from 3 pm till 12:30 am (Daylight Savings Time-dependent). To apply for this position, the following process needs to be followed:

· The interview will also include a typing test and English Proficiency assessment

· When you come for your interview, please bring along a copy of your CV, as well as your matric results

· Should you be successful at the interview and assessments, you will then be requested to come back for a week long training, 1 day will be the assessment you will write, upon completion of the training. Once you have been found competent at the assessment, we will then start the on-boarding process.
