The Healthcare Service Consultant will be responsible for engaging with existing and new clients and assist with client service e.g. resolving claims queries, processing applications, and providing billing information, etc

Responsibilities:

Client services
General administration
Assist clients with the application process and queries
Ensure CRM data is up to date and accurate
Year-end and ad hoc client presentations
Present wellness event reports to clients
Keep up to date with provider amendments

Minimum Requirements:

Healthcare work experience
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
Valid driver’s license
