General & Admin Support:

Ensure all required checklists (safety, site, vehicle, etc.) within the Engineering department are done and maintenance requests are logged for job cards.
Assist Operations Assistant and Engineering and Projects Assistant with all administration related works
Daily communication/updates on tasks assigned to you within the department.

Candidate Profile:

National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
Experience in Health and Safety, technical and have worked in an industrial environment
1 to 3 years of previous Storeman and administration experience
Read and write reports and able to analyze information / mathematically good
Very computer literate on Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Projects
Very good attention to detail and can communicate well at all levels (Management/Suppliers/Technicians/Workshops)
Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment
Strong Organisational and Filing skills.
