The incumbents will be responsible for capturing all clinical related information and statistics. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the Monitoring & Evaluation in day to day data capturing activities.

Key Performance Areas:

Ensure the timely submission of data by institutions and capture into corporate health management systems
Verify the integrity of data provided by institutions by comparing it with previously submitted records
Back-Capturing Patient files into the health system
Validate the quality of captured data by performing system verification
Capture data daily, weekly or monthly
General administrative work including filing and printing standard reports as and when requested by programme managers

Required minimum education and training:

Grade 12
Minimum of 1-year Data Capturing experience
Computer skills (MS Office package) and excellent keyboarding (both speed and accuracy) is essential
Be a hard worker and be able to work within a team and alone
