Competencies and Skills Requirements:
Planning & Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritize, schedule and organize activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
Listening Skills, able to give attention in order to hear and understand the message being conveyed
Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Clerical Skills (Basic), able to organize and sort information or documents in a logical manner
Self-Motivation, able to complete tasks without supervision or encouragement
Numeracy, able to perform basic calculations and work with numbers adequately
Office Software Skills, able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook at an
intermediate level
Visual Perception, able to perceive correctly and in visual detail
Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Education / Qualification: Grade 12, Office Administration certificate
Minimum level/years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years’ experience in a similar role, VIP Payroll will be an
advantage
Disqualifiers:
No Valid drivers license or own reliable vehicle
Length of service to short
No sufficient experience
