Customs Entry Clerk urgently wanted: Salary R15 000 to R18 000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:
Framing of entries for Seafreight and airfreight
Ensure correct documentation obtained from customer for each shipment
Verify customs tariff headings
Framing entries for Imports and Export shipments
Prepare and passing Voucher of Corrections as and when needed
Co-ordinate cross border shipments
All customs clearance are carried out correctly and timeously
Fulfill acquittal obligations with SARS charges and arrange payment when required
Liquidate and follow up on all relevant Provisional Payments
Follow up on all relevant SARS stop notes until finalized
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric
At least 3 years’ experience in Customs Entries
Customs Clearance training
Computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
Working on Cargowise
Knowledge of Bulk Shipments – container shipments a must
