The main purpose of the job is to capture patient and research data accurately and timeously into electronic and manual database.

Responsibilities:

Receive and collect outreach forms and Consent forms for data capturing.
Identify missing data, inconsistencies and errors and follow-up.
Report on missing data or errors.
Capture confidential patient and participant information according to the SOPs.
Compare data entered with source documents and make necessary corrections on captured information
Data cleaning
Data administration

Required Education and Qualifications:

Grade 12 with basic computer and typing skills are essential
Minimum 1 years’ experience in data capturing or administration
Good administrative skills are required together with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database packages.
Thorough with good attention to detail.
Ordered and systematic with strict compliance to protocols.
Able to work to deadlines.
Good communication skills.
