Duties and Responsibilities:

Manual filing of invoices
Find invoices that were previously filed
Copy and scan documents
Electronic filing as required
Keep records of materials filed or removed
Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned

Essential Skills :
Matric
Organized, highly reliable and conscientious
Able to work independently with accuracy and speed as well as complete daily tasks
Willing to assist wherever required in the department with a willingness to go the extra mile with a smile
Someone else willing to grow and learn in the company
