The Construction Officer is responsible for forecasting, planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring the activities of construction, and to a lesser extent, maintenance works to ensure that jobs are completed on time and within project budget and specification. The Construction Officer will also ensure that all applicable building, safety codes, and regulations are observed. She is responsible for the overall implementation of all construction activities and achieving the objectives defined in the operation proposals.
