Call Centre Consultants Agents are required by our Company to start working. Flexibility to work in shifts and remote operations in certain Occasions.

Job Training is provided to those without Call Center experience.

Responsibilities:

Contact clients Telephonic and Directly

Answering incoming calls.

Capturing data according to the required standard

Doing follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Managing different accounts.

Handling irate clients in a professional matter

Providing excellent and efficient service.

Requirements:

Grade 1112 or equivalent.

Computer knowledge. Office Word Efficiency

Excellent communication skills.
