A great family is looking for an AFRIKAANS AU PAIR for their daughter aged 7 in Grade 1

Area: Verwoerdpark, Alberton

Working hours: Option 1: Mon – Fri: 06h30 – 13h30 with the possibility of it being extended to the afternoons once school goes back. Option 2: Three days a week (flexibility is needed with this): 06h30 – 13h30 with the possibility of it being extended to the afternoons once school goes back. If you are to work in the afternoons, you will be required to work from 13h00 – 16h30 Monday – Friday

Start date: ASAP start until schools go back with the possibility of it extending permanently into the afternoons when schools go back

Duties: During lock down: General childcare during the day, preparing meals for her, assisting with any school work that has been sent, educational play and stimulation.
After lock down: collecting from school, homework assistance, prepping her bag for the following day, feeding her a healthy snack

Salary: Option 1: R9000 per month. Option 2: R6500 – R7000 per month. If the schools are to go back and you work in the afternoons: R5500 – R6000 per month plus petrol for any travelling done within working hours.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
