Job Outputs :

Timeous follow up on leads
Quote existing and new members
Convert quotations to sales, in line with the minimum monthly targets
Contact new potential customers

Qualifications :

Grade 12 certificate
RE certificate is an advantage
30 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full qualification as legislatively required

Experience :

Minimum 1 year Telesales experience
Minimum 6 months Short-term insurance experience
Contact Centre experience is an advantage
Brokerage experience is an advantage
