Requirements:

Minimum HR Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience with VIP payroll / Pastel – Full 360 Payroll.
Proven VIP / Pastel experience and accredited VIP/ Pastel certification.
Ecotime Time & Attendance Experience.
Valid code 8 driver’s license.

Other skills and abilities required:

Experienced with an integrated clocking system.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of general HR practices and procedures.
Knowledge of payroll month-end processes, journals, and recons.
The ability the work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills.
Meticulous and detail orientated.
Systematic organized with high work ethics.
Excellent communication skills.
