Job Description:

A well-established automotive retail company based in Gauteng requires a Workshop Foreman two will support the Workshop Manager, ensuring that the internal department relationships are properly maintained.

Salary R28000 per month

Responsibilities:

Supervision of staff
Ensure daily job load is evenly spread to all technicians
Ensure SHE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Weekly safety meetings and reporting
Report to Workshop Manager on defective load equipment, such as overhead cranes, jacks and trestles and other lifting devices
Ensure proper housekeeping in and around the facility
Measure all levels of outputs, such as productivity, efficiency, and throughput
Accurately forecast on all measures in the workshop
Ensure all vehicles are properly road test and quality controls performed on each vehicle
Ensure the job cards accurately describes all work performed and completed correctly
Oversee wash bay activities
Ensure warranty claims are correctly diagnosed

Requirements:
Matric
Have experience in the Automotive industry
Supervisory experience
