Duties & Responsibilities:

Fleet administration. This comprises of vehicle checklist, vehicle maintenance recorder, vehicle location, and fuel slip reconciling
Record keeping- Vehicle files, fines, and general record keeping
Procedures- Enforcing of fleet procedures.
Store/Warehouse Administration- Oversee the functioning of the stores as well as the record-keeping relating to this

Experience & Qualification:

Grade 12 (Matric).
2 years’ experience in a Fleet Administrator function
Computer literate with experience in excel
Record keeping experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R14,000.00 to R17,000.00 /month

Experience:

Fleet Administrator: 2 years (Preferred)
