AVI ITSS (IT Shared Services) are a partner to the AVI business units with a view to provide IT support services with the ultimate goal in partnering with business to support them in the achievement of their goals by providing a proactive, cost effective and flexible IT services. ITSS currently operates from 2 sites, namely, Bryanston in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage Purchase Order Process in SAP and workflows for operational spend 2. Manage Telco Supplier reconciliation of costs as well as escalations of issues 3. Supplier statement reconciliation and invoice management 4. Assist with compliance and governance documentation 5. Change management process administration 6. Participate with general IT administration and financial process 7. Ad-hoc general tasks allocated to assist ITSS management

Experience Required:

A minimum of 3 – 5 years Finance business process experience in a relevant key area of administration and procurement
Minimum Qualifications Required
Matric Relevant Finance Degree/National Diploma in Finance SAP certification

• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Visio Data accuracy Driving compliance • Implementing governance policy/procedure/standards in the IT environment • Maintain acceptable standards of quality • SAP Std Processes • Reconciliations • Budget Preparation and tracking
