Sales Team Lead/Manager needed urgently: APPLY NOW

Duties and responsibilities:

Finding and securing sales
Build and lead a team of motivated, high achiever sales consultants
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on annuity revenue in the SME market
Drive sales targets with the team to meet the company’s annual growth projections
Build and maintain good relationships with the 1-grid premium customer base
Driving the implementation of sales campaigns supported by marketing strategies
Generating, qualifying and converting new leads
Upselling/cross-selling additional products into the existing customer base
Identify opportunities in our product portfolio and marketing campaigns to generate sales
Manage productivity and reporting for the sales team
Driving sales and the sales team by leading by example
Generating leads and ensuring follow-through by the sales team
Key account management of property developers and investors
Identify and attend trade events to network and drive sales initiatives and objectives

Remuneration:

Basic remuneration of R 5,000.00

Aggressive commission structured as follows (based on customer order values as listed on the website):

Application Hosting – 150%
Web services – 100%
Company Registration – 10%
Infrastructure Hosting – 35%
Retentions – 10%
Domain – 5%

Requirements:

Matric certificate
4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Internet/SaaS industry
Must have 2–3 years’ experience as a Team Leader
Proven track record of closing sales and delivering on targets
An excellent understanding of sales principles and processes
Deadline and target-driven
Strong negotiation skills
Exceptional relationship skills
Clear criminal and credit record
