Working closely with the director on building the company brand and servicing the company’s customers while adding value in terms of customer service and staff communication. The work demands a very professional approach to satisfying our customer needs plus the ability to multitask.
The role will also require you to able to generate, service, and grow current sales by regularly following up with designated customers and accounts to sell the companies products.

This is in relation to various factors including but not limited to:
Customer service (supplying customers with all relevant information and assistance on products, features, benefits, quotations, etc.)
Shipping and logistics (basic knowledge of courier booking, etc.) We’re offering:

REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in communications or marketing
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Masterful verbal and written English communication skills with a documented portfolio of work.
Exceptional customer service and representation of the DeskStand brand.
Create tailored, product proposals, and solutions that meet our clients’ short and long-term needs.
A positive attitude.
Create quotations for customers based on their product needs.
Sending out follow-ups and meeting requests.
Regular feedback sessions with your director/manager.
Continually engage and communicate with the factory and our team to strengthen relationships.
Keep all administrative work updated.
Report on sales activity and opportunities as required (weekly and monthly).
A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
