Description
Check new applicants driving skills
CV, ID, Passport and License (DGP) verification
Criminal and license verification
Induction of new drivers into the company
Full knowledge of Transport regulations and operation of vehicles and equipment
Monitor performance of and train drivers with respect to:
Driver techniques and Fuel consumption (individual trip sheets)
In-class and In-cab training
Establish operating standards
Draft Training Material and Programs
Assist in accreditation process of training programs
Maintain records of training done
Profile
Solid experience in training drivers on long-distance trucks
Grade 12
Valid Code 10 / 14 with PDP
Trainer / Assessor / Facilitator
Extensive travel required: must be willing to be away from home for 3 weeks at a time
