Performance areas will include the following:

Obtaining information from all relevant parties within the Business Unit
Documenting and recording the information on the system (Axapta)
Ensuring that the captured data is accurate
Capturing sales orders on correct customer account, delivery mode
Comparing captured data with source documents and also should be able to analyze the information
Capturing data and generating risk reports and statistics (through to sales coordinators on incorrect/incomplete orders)
Adhoc administration

Requirements:

Matric
Min 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Good communication skills
Attention to detail & Deadline Driven
Must be able to work independently and strive for excellence
Computer Literate, must be proficient in all the Microsoft Packages
Analytical skills – basic
Excel skills – basic
Strong admin skills
Honesty, integrity and good work ethics
A positive attitude
High energy levels
