Accounts Receivable Clerk urgently required: Salary R15 000 to R18 000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely collection of payments in line with targets.
Managing all queries, claims and trading terms.
Ensure accurate complete and timeously capturing of all transactions.
Preparing Monthly reconciliations with accounts.
Managing credit limits and overdues in line with procedures and policies.
Ensuring that all Customer details are accurate and complete in the ERP system.
Ensure that all statements are submitted on time as per deadlines.
Report on account performance

Desires Qualification & Experience:

Matric
Accounting Related Qualification preferable
2 Years working experience in an accounting creditors environment
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing in English
May be required to work extended hours and weekends to meet strict deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R15,000.00 to R18,000.00 /month

Experience:

accounting creditors environment: 2 years (Preferred)
Accounts Receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
