Role and Responsibilities – including but not limited to:
Creating purchase orders
Monitoring of unprocessed purchase orders
Obtain suppliers invoices
Capturing of suppliers invoices
Recon on suppliers monthly statements
Stocktake monthly
Suppliers credit applications
Capturing and invoicing of travelling of company vehicles
Monthly overtime submissions
Invoicing of monthly salaries for workshop
Monitoring Cartrack
General administrative tasks
Ad-hoc tasks
Attributes and Skills Requirement:
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferable
Good interpersonal skills
Pastel Evolution experience
Good MS Office skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
Must reside in the Sasolburg/Vaal area
