Personal Assistant (Mining Industry) wanted: Salary R15 000 to R20 000 per month

Key areas of responsibility, but not limited to:

Schedule appointments, and maintain/update Teams daily calendar. • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports. • Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly. • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. • Manage office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative. • Special note: Occasional “Out of Town” travelling shall be required from time to time.

Skills requirements:
Mining environment experience will be advantageous. • This position requires a strong background in the administrative/secretarial field. • Experience of at least three years as a Managerial Personal Assistant. • Extensive experience coordinating Management level meetings. • Experience in travel coordination and logistics. • Excellent use of English: oral and written for writing, copy-writing and editing. • Good command of Afrikaans for understanding written and spoken. • Development and use of systems for checking, follow up and creating efficiencies. • Advanced etiquette in interaction, communication, cultural sensitivity. • Quality orientation with attention to detail for high levels of accuracy. • Strong capability to multitask, organise, (re)prioritise and streamline tasks. • Proactive, solution-oriented, independent and team-centric. • Business Goals.

Qualifications requirements:
Grade 12 certificate. • Personal Assistant diploma. • Advanced Level of Computer literacy especially related to Microsoft Office Suite and digital capability. • Code B Drivers Licence with own transport.
