Call Centre Agents needed urgently: Salary R4 000 to R7 500 per month

We are looking for individuals who are flexible and vibrant to meet the customer business demand and that can demonstrate the below qualities:

Skills and Knowledge:

Confident managing workloads to ensure you meet targets within agreed timeframes, without comprising on quality.
Able to work alone, as well as contribute to the team and work well within a collaborative customer-focused environment.
Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office.

Role Responsibility:

To manually dial and consistently reach a high volume of clients to complete relevant questionnaires.
Following and filling in the survey as requested by the client.
Meeting targets in a fast and fun environment.
Ensuring your calls are compliant and adhere to company regulations.
You will receive one week of comprehensive Call Centre Customer Service and product training.
