Bookkeeper Required

Hard-working, dedicated, self- motivated, energetic, well-spoken, compassionate, and goal-driven individual required to manage our accounts department.

Manage the accounting administrative operations and driving efficiency within a fast-paced office environment, while ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.

Preparing correspondence and developing custom Excel- and Word-based documents to handling bookkeeping activities.

Excel at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with management, and developing effective communication and organizational procedures.

Skillset

· Skilfully managing the day-to-day accounting operations, communications, reconciliations, and dealing with unpaid accounts administration and support.

· Streamlining bookkeeping functions by implementing systems to drive increased accounting productivity and efficiency.

· Must have XERO cloud-based accounting experience.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Completed Tertiary Qualification in bookkeeping.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
No criminal record.
Methodical, systematic, and analytical minded.
Strong leadership skills and a confident approach to work and colleagues.
XERO cloud accounting software experience is a requirement.
Salary: Salary bracket 13k to 15k based on experience.
